Welcome to Lancaster Bible College Dining

Welcome to a new academic year at Lancaster Bible College. On behalf of the Dining Services Team, we would like to thank you for participating in our dining program. We are excited to introduce you to this year’s repertoire of delicious meal options, including many of Aladdin’s signature branded concepts.

Dining Hall Meal Plan Info and Policies

Resident Meal Plans

14 Meal Plan
Covers 14 meals per week in the Charger or ODC plus $50 worth of Charger Bucks. All value must be utilized during the semester purchased for.

Full Meal Plan:
Covers every meal served and may be used for meals in the ODC or Exchange Meals in the Charger Café plus $50 worth of Charger Bucks . All value must be utilized during the semester purchased for.

220 Block Meal Plan:
Covers any 220 meals offered during the semester with unlimited Charger Café exchange meals as an alternate for eating in the ODC, plus $50 worth of Charger Bucks, and 10 Guest meals. All value must be utilized during the semester purchased for.

175 Block Plan:
Covers any 175 meals offered during the semester with unlimited Charger Café exchange meals, as an alternate for eating in the ODC, plus $50 worth of Charger Bucks, and 10 Guest meals. All value must be utilized during the semester purchased for.

Commuter Meal Plans

 Commuter Dining Meal Plans  “The 35”
“The 35” includes 35 meals that are used in the Olewine Dining Commons.
This Plan is non-refundable. However, it never expires as long as you’re enrolled as a student. Commuters may purchase “The 35” at the Olewine Dining Commons.

Commuter Dining Meal Plans  “The 20”
“The 20” includes 20 meals that are used in the Olewine Dining Commons.
This plan is non-refundable. However, it never expires as long as you’re enrolled as a student. Commuters may purchase “The 20” at the Olewine Dining Commons.

Student Flex Plan & Charger Dollars

Charger Dollars allows a student to use his/her student ID
as a debit card at any on-campus Aladdin dining location.
These Charger Dollars do not expire as long as you remain a
student.

Bonus Charger Dollars
$50.00 will give you $52.50 in spending power
$100.00 will give you $110.00 in spending power
$150.00 will give you $162.50 in spending power

Special Dietary Needs

If you have special dietary needs, please consult with the Food Service Director. All efforts will be made to meet your special needs.

Registered Dietician

We have a wealth of resources available to our guests, including the expert guidance of a registered dietitian. Arrangements can be made for individual consultations concerning any dietary need, such as sports nutrition, weight control, food allergies, or medically prescribed diets.

Special Events

Everyone looks forward to our monthly buffets and special events.  We have holiday-themed menus and events throughout the year.  Please keep an eye on table tents, banners, and events calendar informing you of what is coming.

Service Regulations

Your understanding and observation of the following regulations will guarantee smooth, efficient operation of the Dining Hall.

  • Students must obey the University personal appearance regulations while in the Dining Hall.
  • Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
  • You are not permitted to take food from the Dining Hall.
  • To avoid waste, you should choose one entrée when entering the served lines. More entrees are available for seconds.
  • After dining, please return trays to the dish return and leave your table and chairs neat and clean.
  • Please behave courteously at all times.
  • You will not be granted credit for any meals missed.
  • We also ask that you abide by all of the Aladdin policies.

Dining Area Restrictions

You are not permitted to engage in the following activities in the dining area:

Removal of food or dinnerware from the dining area

Use of electronics devices that detract from the dining experience of other guests

Playing of personal music devices without headphones

Leaning back in Dining Room Chairs

Dining Hall personnel reserve the right to dismiss or suspend you from the dining area for inappropriate behavior.
